We can have tenured board members who can turn into animals and can never ever be banned no matter what. And there will be 3 levels of tenure.  I volunteer myself to be the first of them. And when I become tenured I will become a lion. What kind of animal would you be if you were tenured?

Also, how would we determine tenure? How many years/ posts or what rank would be required?

I saw Muse post something the other day about how she liked the idea of a get out of ban free card, so this idea may not be that far fetched.
