Submit your stuff about characters here. Feel free to add a link to a picture if you have a good one.
Basic rules apply. Make sure it's your writing that you actually wrote (not something you copy/pasted from somewhere else) . Also, don't make stuff up.
I think it's ok to mention details from previous Neely works if they pertain to the character as long as you site where you got it.
For example, In Baby Cakes - Diary, Baby Cakes keeps a Diary. This is an ok detail to add even though we never see him keep a diary in this show.
If anyone disagrees strongly bring it on.

I haven't decided yet. I'm waiting to see what sort of /how much information people submit. Then I'll re-order it all to look nice. So, for now just submit what you have. I'll choose a format later.

Character Name: Steve Smith- Photo
VA: Brad Neely
First Appearance: Episode 1- “Rewind, Pause, Pay!”
Bio: Steve Smith is a History Professor at UCI. One of Steve’s philosophies he’s taught in the classroom is that, “People with power are like lions. And we are like Zebra. The lions could help us Zebra, but no they don’t, they eat us and crap us over, and over.” He gets into a lot of fights with his brother Frank and always manages to get the best of him. Steve is also known for doing a very good Ronald Reagan impression. Steve did an impression of him at the “Kid Talent Parade,” winning the contest instantly (and leaving Frank without a chance to try). This subsequently caused Ronald Reagan to go back in time for revenge.
In the 2008 special “China, IL: The Funeral,” Steve buried a dog in a human graveyard when he was a kid, wondering if it would come back to life with the powers of a regular human…which he admitted wasn’t that powerful.
Character Name: Frank Smith- Photo
VA: Brad Neely
First Appearance: Episode 1- “Rewind, Pause, Pay!”
Bio: Frank is a History Professor at UCI and the younger brother of Steve Smith. He has a bit of a crush on Pony, and involves himself in scams in order to get money, and also to get attention. Frank seems to have low self-esteem, showing he is worried that people think Steve is smoother than him because, “he likes wine and has black friends.” He does a lot of things in order to get attention which seems to be noticed by the rest of the staff.
In “CI: The Funeral,” Frank apparently had a family of rats that he fed, but they were unfortunately killed by a lawnmower.
Character Name: Pony Merks- Photo
VA: Greta Gerwig
First Appearance: Episode 1- “Rewind, Pause, Pay!”
Bio: Pony is the T.A of the History Department, and is usually the one who picks up Steve's slack when he finds himself in trouble. She is a bit insecure, but she is usually the one to come up with plans in order to get Steve out of bad situations. She’s also acknowledged that Frank is an attention **beast**. Pony is also Mexican which she makes note of in episode 2, along with having a “Mexican real” doctor for a brother.
Character Name: Mark “Baby” Cakes- Photo
VA: Brad Neely
First Appearance: Episode 1- “Rewind, Pause, Pay!”
Bio: Baby Cakes is a very free-spirited person with a really abstract sort of personality. He has a bit of a warped view of things which is what makes him such a peculiar, and “outside of the box” character. His recollections of past events are always very vague, which causes his stories to be very humorous. He also seems to know how to play the keys, as he was shown DJing for Frank in the revamp of the “Kid Talent Parade”in Episode 1. Baby Cakes seems to just go with the flow, and wherever the world takes him. Even if it’s not taking him anywhere. Baby Cakes can also be found at the center of ongoing plans.
In the CI: Funeral special, Baby Cakes found the diary of a lady who was in a car wreck. The owner of the diary turned out to be a teacher at UCI that hated everyone. She dated Frank, but didn’t really like him, and she hated Steve. She had somewhat of a superiority complex, thinking everyone else’s knowledge was wrong. This special also shows that Baby Cakes thinks babies come from birds…that sometimes get eaten by sharks as they fall from the sky.
Character Name: The Dean- Photo
VA: Hulk Hogan
First Appearance: Episode 1- “Rewind, Pause, Pay!”
Bio: The Dean is Dean of UCI. He coached the math competition in episode 2, showing large amounts of school spirit when they won by parading around town causing havoc. He even threatened to kill one of his students if he messed up and lost for them. He also faced off against The Mayor in an arm-wrestling contest, only to lose, but win once inspired by Baby Cakes. Pony wonders why everyone listens to The Dean, and Steve notes that it’s because, “he’s uh…cool.” The Dean has a wife, and doesn’t believe in God, saying, “There is no god, no god, no god, no god, no god. Just us people trying to party before we die.” The Deans face is on the “A+ Grade Dollars,” a form of currency at UCI used to buy grades. He also has a statue in the school library in, "The Thinker" position. The Dean can also fly, shown when he leaves for vacation in episode 3.
Character Name: The Mayor- Photo
VA: Tommy Blacha
First Appearance: Episode 2- “Dean Vs. Mayor”
Bio: The Mayor of China, IL. The Mayor overlooks the town and challenges The Dean to an arm-wrestling contest with their titles on the line in episode 2. He wins the first round, taking his title and his wife for a week before getting defeated by The Dean. The Mayor doesn’t seem as confident as he looks, hesitating to arm-wrestle Dean a second time.
Character Name: Crystal Peppers- Photo
VA: Chelsea Peretti
First Appearance: Episode 2- “Dean Vs. Mayor”
Bio: Crystal Peppers is a Philosophy teacher and Language teacher at UCI. She switched to being a Spanish teacher to compete with the History Dept. after Prof. Harold died in Ep. 4. Crystal competes and challenges Steve a lot within their profession. She seems to be a bit of a sadist, having gruesome consequences for Steve to face if he loses bets, which he points out as being medieval.
Character Name: Dr. Jack Falgot- Photo
VA: Gary Anthony Williams
First Appearance: Episode 2- “Dean Vs. Mayor”
Bio: Doctor at the Medical Center in UCI. He is often seen smoking cigarettes and is the one to diagnose Dean with “brain vag” that he contracted in episode 2. Dr. Falgot often has words of reason, and is a person looked to to solve some of the medical problems (along with the help of Prof. Leonard Cakes) Steve and the others face at UCI, such as when a giant baby grew on campus.
Character Name: Professor Leonard Cakes or “Super Science”- Photo
VA: Jeffrey Tambor
First Apperance: Episode 3- “Baby Boom”
Bio: Also known as “Super Science” by The Dean, Prof. Cakes is a Professor at the Super Science Genetics Wing. He is Baby Cakes father, and also the cause of the giant baby incident on campus, having spilled over some test tubes during sex. Prof. Cakes led an Anti-Hippie science experiment 20 years ago in the school house, which ended when the building caught fire, supposedly killing all the hippies.
Character Name: Sammy Davis- Photo
VA: Jason Walden
First Appearance: Episode 3- “Baby Boom”
Bio: Sammy is an elderly woman in a wheelchair that is a History Professor at UCI. Despite being old, she seems to have no trouble being violent, and bringing a male hooker to the Faculty Only Prom in episode 6. She also might have Alzheimer’s. She’s also quite fond of the “elixir” Prof. Cakes developed in episode 5 that changes you into an animal, saying, “Lets put it in the water supply!”
Character Name: Gang Sang- Photo
VA: Unknown
First Appearance: Episode 2- “Dean Vs. Mayor”
Bio: Gangseng is the panda mascot of UCI. Gangseng is seen in various episodes alongside the characters, like in the Ferrari when The Dean is advertising the Faculty Only Prom in episode 6, and at the end, assisting the characters in killing the hippies.
Character Name: Professor Harold- Photo
VA: Jason Alexander
First Appearance: Episode 3- “Baby Boom”
Bio: Prof. Harold is a former teacher at UCI who dies in episode 3, and later comes back as a ghost. He helps the History Dept. get its groove back, and spends a good deal of time making Frank cool, which was actually the Professors attempt at coming onto him. During his funeral, Frank makes a speech and notes how he never saw Prof. Harold at night.
Character Name: Agent Green- Photo
VA: Andy Richter
First Appearance: Episode 1- “Rewind, Pause, Pay!”
Bio: A Federal Spokesperson for the FBI. He is one of the agents that delivered Ronald Reagan’s message of revenge on Steve during episode 1.
Character Name: Channel 3 News Reporter- Photo
VA: Gary Anthony Williams
First Appearance: Episode 3- “Baby Boom”
Bio: Reporter for the Channel 3 News that covers the events that happen at UCI.
Character Name: The Dean’s Wife- Photo
VA: Unknown
First Appearance: Episode 2- “Dean Vs. Mayor”
Bio: Wife of The Dean. Though portrayed as someone with other reasons for being with Dean, shown when she leaves him for The Mayor when he loses to him in the arm-wrestling contest.
Character Name: Ronald Reagan- Photo
VA: David Coulier
First Appearance: Episode 1- "Rewind, Pause, Pay!"
Bio: The 40th President. Infuriated by Steve Smith's impersonation of him on national televsion, he had the FBI make him a time machine in order to get back at Steve for the show. He covered up the request of the time machine, saying it was to, "stop homosexuality from being invented in the sixties." He threatened Steve by showing him pictures of himself playing pranks on Steve's past self. He also said if Steve ever mocked him again, he would, "freeze time and I will shit in his mouth." After fighting each other with bodies frozen in time and spending 155 years conversing with Steve, they eventually went back in time to alter its events, only to later change it back, and Reagan was left fighting Steve in a past life.
Character Name: Jackie Lather- Photo Photo2
VA: David Coulier
First Appearance: Episode 1- “Rewind, Pause, Pay!”
Bio: The host of the revamped “Kid Parade Contest” in order to lure out Regan in Episode 1. It’s shown that he’s actually a red demon when he rips off his human skin at the end of the episode.
Ok, here's what I have so far. I hope it's ok. I can continue to add any neccesary info to it as the rest of the upcoming episodes air.

^Updates in the first batch for Baby Cakes, Prof. Cakes, The Dean and Steve.
Character Name: Donna- Photo Photo1
VA: Unknown
First Appearance: Episode 6- "Prom Face/Off"
Bio: Donna is the very beautiful date Frank Smith managed to take to the "Faculty Only Prom." It is noted that she only agreed to go with him because he threatened to flunk her cousin. Her face ended up getting bitten off by a hippie by the end of the episode. She gets taken to the hospital, but returns in episode 7 only to have no face (probably because Frank pocketed it after the Prom).
Character Name: The Governor- Photo
VA: Daniel Wiedenfeld
First Appearance: Episode 7- "Chinese New Year"
Bio: The Gorvernor is known as the "strongest man in the state," and "the gigantic alpha male of Illinois," even being feared by The Dean and The Mayor themselves. Despite this, The Governor is actually an extremely small man that needs to be picked up by The Mayor in order to reach the microphone on the podium. He seems to dislike China, IL, wanting to turn the campus into an airport.

Hey guys ("China" insider here)!
You did a really really great job putting this stuff together... It's super thorough! I just have a few fixes/additions to help you out:
-Pony is a teaching assistant (T.A.) for the History Department (not just Steve's assistant).
-The Dean's wife dies in episode 5 ("My wife was eaten by a squid").
-The Mayor appears in the show opening (along with the Aquarium Boss and most of the main professors).
-Prof. Harold actually dies in episode 3 (the giant baby's feeding trough falls and scoops out the entire front of his body).
-Sammy is also a History professor. Her line in episode 5 is actually "Let's put it in the water supply" (not "it's better than the water supply").
-The panda's name is "Gang Sang".
-Agent Green is voiced by Andy Richter.
-The news reporter is also voiced by Gary Anthony Williams.
-Ronald Reagan was voiced by Dave Coulier.
-"Kid Talent Parade" was hosted by Jackie Lather, also voiced by Dave Coulier. He appears on the newspaper in episode 2 ("Jackie Lather Still Missing"), and is mentioned in the news crawl in episode 3 (similar headline).
-The Governor is voiced by Daniel Wiedenfeld, our Executive Producer.
I hope these tid-bits help!
-Mike.
