I totally forgot about that FF7 title when I was looking for a title for this fanfic.

I wanted a title that was short and catchy (to me at least) so I went through my thesaurus list of synonymns for "Requiem" and picked Dirge, although Symphony and Sonata were close seconds.

I needed something that represented the story I am  trying to tell in the title and  "Funeral March for the Titans of Tartarus" was too long for this ** Yo Jo e! ** board's forum software (I really hate Lithium powerboard ).

And I'm glad you all are having such fun with this thread.
