no. they have the same goal. and theres no way you can deny that. but, they have different methods of getting there. but still, the goals are the same. as far as morals go, yea lelouch has a bit less than light but he still wants the minimal amount of people dead. no more than necessary.
They have completely different goals. Light wants to become god and literally rule the world. Lelouch wants to take down an oppressive empire and make the world better for his sister.
Light has the most twisted set of morals in the world. In his mind no body matters but himself, and anyone who he kills deserved it because they were in his way. Lelouch, so far at least, has only killed those that were prepared to kill and he's also caring of others. Light has never cared for anyone but himself.
It's true, both Light and Lelouch are anti-villains, but that's around where the real similarities end.
