So sorry for my ignorance, but was that meant as a compliment? 

I kinda figure that the reason for the purple flames (Turn 20) was that Lelouch had finally accepted who he was (Lelouch VI Brittania) and his destiny (to spend eternity with that insufferable boor of a father of his) and that being a prince, he just had to make a grand entrance.

(loved the part with him strutting between the Knightmares' swords-magnificent! Lelouch is a badass period, no matter what he wears or how he wears it!).

To those who would like this thread to end-my reply may make it last a little longer.  My apologies.

 What's funny is when you think about the fact that there was no one there to witness him do that, he was just doing it for his own enjoyment.

Yes, it was meant as a compliment. Though, looking back at my post, am I complimenting Lelouch? Or am I complimenting the purple flames? 

...ah, hell. It was both. The badass purple flames made Lelouch look like even more of a badass. Yep. That sounds good.
