Hey everybody! I'm new to using forums, so bare with me as I make a fool of myself haha. I love Bebop, and after I finished watching the series back in 2010, I'am suddenly in the mood again to rewatch them.

PS, after reading your signature, i do recommend you check out Big O (it comes on here after Bebop AND it has Wendee Lee AND Steve Blum in it, and Durarara- comes on right after FMA and it has Steve in it)

haha, yeah Steve Blum is the man! I heard he was on that new X-men animated series, on G4. I haven't seen it yet, because I heard mixed reviews about it. I tend to find myself watching Teen Titans a lot now. lol

Yeah...well you could always change it to Transformers Prime. After all, Steve is doing the voice for Starscream in that version.

What happens on Saturdays? Do we just all meet up in here, while the show is on, or something? Btw I noticed Steve voiced a character, in Mass Effect 2. While I was playing it, I heard it, and got uper excited. I was half expecting Spike to show up. =P

Yeah, it's in the Can't Stop The Bebop link. While the show is going on we post about things we find funny, or observations about the characters, or things we might find foreshadowing...kinda like good natured MST3K-ing.  It's a lot of fun, we love it.

Word got it. I have acutally never heard of Durarara. I'll look up info on it, but is that another show everybody here watches?

Oh yeah. it's a great show, comeds on at 1 here, right after FMA. It's kinda Twin Peaks-y. About supernatural happenings in a Japanese Town. The star is actually an Irish Dullahan (Angel of death) who's missing her head and is in Ikkabukuro to try to find it. That's the main ghist, but there are a lot of little stories interlocking it. Got a good cast there- Yuri Lowenthall, Steven Blum, Johnny Yong Bosch (plays the main bad guy believe it or not), Crispan Freeman, Michelle Ruff, Kari Wallgren...

Anyway, to go back on the subject, looking forward to seeingya here tonight at the Can;'t Stop The Bebop link. Look up Big O too (Steven Blum stars in that too) and stay around for that.

There's a brand new anime that's totally awesome that I posted in the suggestions board that AS carry as soon as it's dubbed.  It's called Tiger & Bunny.

You can watch it on hulu and vizanime.com.  It's pretty popular in Japan, UK and the US and it hasn't even been dubbed yet.  The characters are awesome and the story kicks major butt.  I have to admit to being completely in love with Tiger. He's almost the 'anti Spike'.  He breaks things like Spike does, but he's not only not cool, he's a complete dork and he knows and has kind of embraced it. xD  Even for a dork, there's something really cool about him.

Well, the premise is as follows:

The city of Stern Bild is protected by corporate superheroes known as NEXT, who fight crime while promoting their sponsors on the popular show “HERO TV.” Veteran hero Wild Tiger relies on his years of experience and instincts to fight crime, but his tendency to destroy public property for the sake of protecting the lives of the innocent has earned him the nickname “Crusher for Justice.” Now, under orders from his new employer, Wild Tiger finds himself forced to team up with Barnaby Brooks Jr., a rookie with an attitude. Two polar opposites work to fight evil in this thrilling buddy-hero action series!

There is an overarching story that gets revealed bit by bit until the eisodes focus mainly on that.  The last 4 episodes are nail-biters. I'm starting my fifth run through the series now.

The characters are really sweet and funny and... human.  It's really funny, sad in places and scary in others.  It's a lot of fun and I'm hoping AS carries it once it's dubbed and available for airplay.  Hulu was carrying it four hours after it aired in Japan last year.  Stupid me was too wrapped up with Death Note to watch it while it was on, but I'm catching up.  

There are 25 episodes (so far) and by all indications it's done well enough to get a second season.  We're hoping!  It's popular in Japan and in the US.  Once it's dubbed, it's gonna be HUGE.

BTW, It's a produced by Sunrise, same company that gave us Cowboy Bebop, if that helps.  Viz is the distributer.  No clue as to casting for the dubs yet, but I know it's in progress.  

If you can stand watching anime in Japanese with subtitles until the dub is released, check it out.  You can thank me later. xD
