It's not like they had to space her or anything.  It would have been simple.  Send her off to get a bounty, once she's gone, change the codes on the barn door then take off.  Ditch the broad.

I'm amazed they didn't do that, but I'm relieved as hell that they weren't all best of buds after that.  They were still antagonistic towards her, which I thought was cool.  The guys uniting against the invasion of the Faye.

Jet is such a sucker for taking in strays with no place to go, I guess he felt he had to let her stay.

They probably wanted to try everything they could think of on their own first. They probably knew that Faye would want something in return for coming and saving them. I think they have too much pride for that
