i've really been enjoying them in color, but if it's easier or if you just want to go back to black and white then i don't see any problem with it - after all, that's what your original plan had been, so any color is just a nice bonus (like covers or a splash page per chapter, if you still were thinking of doing something along those lines)

also, if that is a burglar, it's a really polite one

Well, if you're going to make it psychedelic, don't make it TOO psychedelic. I'm still trying to recover from the awesomely mind-screwy anime movie that is Paprika.

Edit: Forgot to read details for that icon in the image gallery. You're right, they do look similar.

Oh, I've seen Mind Game. Best Masaaki Yuasa anime ever, and a VERY excellent watch if you need about 2 hours to waste. VERY psychedelic, but not as colorful and detailed as Paprika.

i actually like the fading from color in the first panel or two to ending up going to black and white. i think the black and white with the red rly adds to this page since it adds drama and it brings out the creepy red thing thats comming from him, like yah so its kewl i likes it.

i mean i dont mind either way im jus saying the black and white rly works for this page.

that aslide HOMGAHWTFISTHATTHINGSRSLY!?!?!?!? gah i hope its jus his imagination and like not some idk creepy demon ghosty thingy!!!!

wait, has chris even slept? maybe hes like uh wutsitcalled when you havent slept a couple of days your mind kinda goes into hybernation dream mode and your awake but in a way still dreaming so you begin to hallucinate. maybe thats wats happening to him idk. I WANNA KNOW!!!!

and yay cant wait for circus stuff and other stuff this is getting moar and moar intersting ^_^ (not sying it was like boring at first but like yah >_> )

Thanks! I'm glad you think so.

This page I started to colour in the rest of, but it just looked very odd. So I left the first panel coloured to provide a transition from the full colour on the previous page and go into the black and white.

And it's okay if you say it started off boring. >.> I know "GUY HAS CONVERSATIONS WITH PEOPLE IN HIS LIFE" can be kind of boring, but this is still technically the prologue.

Technically it's supposed to just be coming from behind the shower curtain and into the shower, but since there's no clear line between the mass itself and the noises it's making, that kind of works too.

As long as you can tell it's a hand, I did my job.

owait! i dont think its boring or anything not even in the begging i meant that i always found it interesting just it gets more and more intersting as the story and stuff unfolds if that makes snese >_> but yeah, i rly like it. i dont mind just normal ppl talking and stuff cuz then we get to know thier chars. i like char development i think it helps the story rly. so i dont mind the not so exciting just normal stuff cuz whent he more exciting stuff happens its more enjoyable cuz you know the chars already.

so yay! its great all of it ^_^

This is what I get for going on vacation without internet for the past few days.

Anyway, I like that some connection to the main plot is being made (at least that's what I think the psychedelic mindf**k is supposed to do). The plot thickens (dun dun duuun).

I also noticed that the B&W pages really allow you to see details that you can't see in the colored ones (like stray or faded lines). But if I had to pick, I'd say you should stick to the color, besides the parts that are supposed to be b&w.

Chris doesn't look so good up close. Those bags need to be checked...there way to be to carry on. You know, considering how tired he probably is...it's amazing he didn't crash the car at some point.

I really like the second page. It always happens in the shower. Also, I'm pretty certain I can rule out his sister...since he would most likely know if she was staying with the folks...so there's a stranger in the house. Maybe Chris has his own personal stalker.

Yep, someone/thing calling from the other side of the shower curtain, you punch it's lights out. I would have done the same thing. Poor Chris I hope he didn't hit his head. Plus, I loved the color scheme you used...and I still want to know who's in the house!
