:smileyvery-happy: :smileyvery-happy: :smileyvery-happy: Oh Abby...it's not that bad. What....it's only like six years. Your boyfriend would have been in the 6th or 7th grade when you had your senior prom. Now that might have raised a few eyebrows :smileyvery-happy:

I loved Dan's reaction...and wonder if that is part of the beef between them. He's aware that her boyfriend is in highschool...and Dan being Dan, well he wouldn't let her live it down.

I'm pretty sure the term cougar relates to the woman who goes after younger men.

when you're 16 >_>.

if i was going to agree to go to the prom at the age of 24 i'd have to already be getting laid and it'd have to be so damn good that i couldn't say no when asked to go :smileyvery-happy:

... Goddammit! So that's what they're for? When I went to mine, I assumed it was the awkward dancing and small talk coupled with having to hear the crappy douche-bag band.

I saw a preview for Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, and in it, Michael Cera has a down-played gay friend who reminded me a lot of Dan. They kind of look like each other, too. Your ideas are being stolen, Hikky!

Or maybe it's just coincidence. Like the RNA sign and "Takkun" nickname (both featured in NIBAI MUGENDAI) showing up in Eden of the East eps 2 and 6.

It may take a lot to make a stew, but too many cooks only means more stew for everyone! As long as none contain human remains from the crematorium next door.

Go ahead and ask me something.

Haa, that's Wallace.<3

Ngl, they do look like each other.

Kind of didn't want to do that intentionally.

I have to say the black hair probably helps a lot with their resemblance.. that and the sort of messy/spiky hair. :smileyvery-happy:

But when I was trying to come up with a design for Dan he just didn't look right with anything but black hair. >_<

So now he's a Wallace-clone, lulz. (sans the drinking habit)

I got no idea. But what I got is a G.E.D. and a "give 'em hell" attitude and I'll figure it out.

Oh god, please don't even bring that guy into this. :smileyvery-happy:

Look, I didn't make the character with the intention of him being Wallace.

They have similarities, yeah. If that bothers anyone, they can just not read it.

Whateva.

who needs a clever way to announce a new page when you have Chris and Dan? :smileyvery-happy:

(okay well clever announcements are always good, but still...)

i wonder if Dan's actually going to be able to find his car or not, talk about sketchy heh - and seeing Chris' sister, it could be there's a reason he hasn't visited his parents in a while, though i could be wrong about that too (easily heh)

hopefully re-doing the chapter isn't causing you too much trouble Hikki, just take it at what pace you can *thumbs up*

I just finished up the changed rough drafts last night, so thankfully it should be some smoother sailing from here on out.

(Except, ya know... when I run out of my current stock of rough drafts for future chapters. :smileyvery-happy:)

The car ride would probably be about an hour/45 minutes irl anyway, so it is kind of lengthy. >.>

Thanks! :smileyhappy:

Nice job on the new page, Hikki. Looks good.

By the way, I've been meaning to ask: how did you manage to get those icons you and Boxers have been recently wearing past the mods?

We asked the author of the comic they're from for her permission to use them.

She accepted, 'cos she's awesome.
