I really want to start writing FanFiction, unfortunetly I have a whole bunch of ideas and have no idea how to write them down.

Any advice for me?

I usually have the same issue with character dialogue and writing down the actual story.  I found that its actually good to jot random things down even if they are incoherent thoughts.  These randoms thoughts/ramblings etc. usually help in the long run in developing/writing your story.  I would suggest carrying a small notebook (like mini fat notebook or a mini composition book, they're pretty cheap).  I bought a few of these and carried them around in my pocket.  So whenever a thought/idea or a piece of dialogue popped up, I just whipped out the ol' notebook.  Also, when I wrote my ideas down, I didn't worry about spelling, grammar, and organizing etc.: it would distract me from my original thought.  Once I manage to get my thoughts down, I went through them to see which ones are relevant to my story.

To add to what EYE is saying, the best advice any writer can give to another writer is to write. Just determine to sit down and write and see where your pencil (or pen) leads you.
