you want my resource thread to be like a writers resource thread? i can edit it
most of the links i posted mostly pertains to writing anyways, id probably only have to edit in the title
and like anything else you think you want me to put.
ill go searching for more useful links too...

  Alright, my organized thoughts/blueprint OP for the new Writer's Resource/lounge thread. I had envisioned it

as a combination of the Fanfic Writer's reunite thread and Ciddy's resource thread.

                           Welcome to the Writer's Lounge and Resource Thread.

  This is the place to come when you are stuck for an idea, looking for a new idea, want to perhaps bounce

an idea off other people, get some helpful resources, offer some helpful resources, or generally discuss the

frustrating and rewarding process we call writing.

  We have some basic rules here.

• If you have a specific question about content standards, please as in the Guideline thread. (link)
• Please be supportive of your fellow writers. This means no flaming, trolling, harassing, denigrating, being a jerk, or otherwise being disruptive.
• Please post your works in a separate thread from this one. We want to read your works, just not in here, because it would get terribly cluttered in here. If you have poetry you want to share, we strongly encourage you to create a "portfolio" thread for all your poems or short stories.
• Have Fun. That is the whole point of this folder, and this thread. This should be a fun environment for everyone to share their thoughts and get some help if needed. If it isn't, then something is amiss.

I appreciate it, but I won't be making it anytime soon, I'd prefer to wait and get some feedback from people about it. Besides the GE is still busted.

  I will as well, but I think that overall, it is better to have a clean start with a new thread.

If you want to, feel free to make the new Writer's resource thread. You don't have to follow my rough draft I posted,

I was just putting that out as a template, though I really would encourage including all of Ciddy's handy reference links.

 I'm glad that there is a place for people to share their writing and art now. It may not be the most active folder, but

I think it is something that the boards can profit from having.

It is certainly possible to have a thread or two floated for two weeks or so as a form of recognition.
We are mainly discussing permanent floated resource and reference threads at this point, but I have no problem with a thread or two getting a temporary float as a form of recognition.

That's fine... I mean it pretty much follows the same guidelines as the Writer's Circle.  Also, any and all reference links would be nice.
