so yah, this show is pretty violent. I'm not a squeamish person, but I don't know if I love it or hate it.

From what I've read, it's a menagerie of blood. Blood is used, blood is spilled, and characters seek to eviscerate more blood from others.

Really, it's quite a gory soiree.

That one is going in my GIF folder. I personaly like the blood even though im not a violent person who gets off on extreme violence. They slaughtered an entire classroom of children as the opening, this basically tells you anything goes with this show and no one is safe. I hate safe shows where the main characters arn't ever in any real danger, its all just simulated basically. I hope they kill off a few main characters, have to love those WTF moments amiright?

A show trapped between trying to be serious and trying to be light-hearted at the same time.  The profanity is unreal.  Kind of like Tom with his b***h comment.  People don't have to be profane to get their points accross.  In some cases, being profane actually hurts getting the point accross.

P.S. --- DMW needs to spend money for better bows.

Exactly, this show has nothing on the Gore/Nudity/General Profanity that Elfen Lied has, people are just getting a bit too squeamish over an Anime it seems. Call me weird, but I immensely enjoy the blood and gore/profanity.
