Would you use it?
Since in the DN universe there is no heaven or hell, regardless, I would use it in a heart beat. There's no price to pay.

And I would put my name down in it first thing and have "Dies at the age of 93 in a slow, peaceful death after living a life full of joy. His crimes will never be solved." so nothing but the Shinigami could kill me. It *should* also let me get away with killing criminals.

you realize, of course, that if you aren't going to live to be 93, it'll ignore that and just have you suffer a heart attack in 40 seconds. and if you're supposed to live to be over 93, you're denying yourself some of your own life.

I would definatly use a death note

i agree 100% with kira our world is rotten and with to many rotten poeple somthing has to be done. i would never get caught i kno just how to manipulate people, poeple cant read me they dont kno wat im capable of and with a death note in my hands i would be justice. even before i new about death note or even wat it was about i thought exactly as light did criminals deserve to be punished,but the only problem is how do you do it without getting caught. a death note is the answer. the police force and the gov. today are to stupid and iggnorant to even think someone could kill with out laying a hand on them or somehow poisining them they wouldnt think of a death not seo YES i would use a death note
