I love the way you phrased it. You totally pegged it. :smileyvery-happy:

As for who the movie would be aimed at, I would guess a broader audience than just anime fans. Anime's too niche of a market to make it worth their wild. That isn't to say it can't be done though. Doesn't really matter, it will probably stay in development hell forever.

That definitely makes sense. I can totally see that. Well, if that's the case, which I wouldn't doubt, then that'll just be license for them to go and ruin the entire story. They'd want to make it more accessible, but that would signify quality, above all else, since they'd change it up in order to achieve that goal. But like you said, it ultimately doesn't matter, because there hasn't been, nor will there likely be, a change in the status of the project.

I don't choose my words lightly.  If I drove someone away, I'd know if I did.  I wouldn't accidentally do it.

They need to make an emoticon you'd use to consider an annoying insect buzzing about you.

I'm quite sure you have more wrinkles than I do and we both know you're a lot older than I am.

See, isn't admitting defeat so much easier?

I actually have to say that I see things as the exact opposite here. I see this as a bit of a contrast between reality (subjective) and actuality (objective) (that's how I definite it anyways). Everyone processes and experiences everything differently, naturally, so it comes to no surprise that sensory cues and stimuli vary from person to person, and one very important factor behind this is locus. Let's face it; man is extremely limited and can only pick up so much, so there's no way that they'd pick up on everything, especially if it's distant from them. Sound is definitely no exception to this. Just because you weren't there doesn't mean there wasn't sound. Think about it like this: I may be conversing with a friend on the phone right now (well, obviously not literally right now, considering that it's 5 am, but still, you get the gist), which involves a large amount of auditory stimuli. Just because you didn't hear us talking, it doesn't mean that there wasn't any sound involved; it just means that you didn't hear the conversation and that it's merely not part of what you've experienced. Intuitively, we know that if a tree- or any heavy object for that matter- were to fall, there would be noise. So, I would contend that the tree would make noise when it fell; we just weren't there to hear it and we have to just place the sound into the puzzle of the whole event after the fact.

You'll do just fine here :smileyhappy: You got to the point much more quickly than Megs. He tried to blind me with science :smileyvery-happy:

Thank you! :smileyhappy:  And :smileyvery-happy: :smileyvery-happy: :smileyvery-happy:!!!

It's not my fault you can't understand simple physics, Baddy.  Plus, I believe I said what she said numerous times.

And Inufan, just so you know, I insult everyone.  It's nothing personal.  Unless of course you continue to take my side in such arguments.  In that case, it's nice to see a sensible, intelligent person in here for once.

Oh no! I didn't take it personally at all! Honest. And thanks! Expect me to see me around for the debates and analysis, which seem to be present in large amounts here and I really enjoy. Those are the most fun parts of the boards for me. :smileywink:

You may not choose your words lightly, but you have little control over how others read them. It's easy to know if done on purpose, but inadvertantly...you can't know for certain. I'm not claiming you did, but you can't deny the possibility. Okay, yes you can but you shouldn't deny it.

I understand simple physics, and you did argue that point, just not in that way. I wanted a simple answer and you drug physics into it. Is it admitting defeat if I knew I was arguing the wrong side of the debate? It was fun though.

I'm NOT that much older than you!!!

But I am serious. He will use you for his evil schemes...he as so many. Megs is always on the lookout for more pawns to further his plans of world domination. Don't let him use you. He will just throw you away when he's done.

I choose my words so people will understand them a certain.  I guess the odds are there that they weren't smart enough to figure out what I was trying to say.

...Sigh...I do love physics, quantum mechanics, etc.  I just find them interesting.  Most science, actually.  And yes, it sort of is admitting defeat.  But I think it shows a high degree of stubbornness to take a losing side and stick with it.  Or maybe it's foolishness.  It's much better to save yourself than to go down with the sinking ship.

You have what, 3 kids and an step fourth?  I'd say you have at least a decade on me.  Which gives me a good idea to your approx. age.

To clarify: I'm a chick, ok? And I'm a hugger. And I call people "honey." That's just how I talk (really). I live in the South (if you consider Florida to still be the "South") and it's what comes out of my mouth and hands on the keyboard.

I won't take responsibility for other people's idiocy.  But like I said, not that I have anything to feel responsible since no instances occurred.

Oh, you can still lose.  I believe that we've discussed this before, too.

Silly me, those stupid little weaklings are beneath your notice. How could I forget?

I don't know...I chose a side I knew would lose...and decided I wouldn't let up till I got you to argue your point a certain way. Feels kinda like a win....over a year later you finally did just that.

True...but more like Izumi than Pinako...age wise at least. Maybe you should start calling me teacher :smileyhappy:

Yes, exactly.

My argument was correct right from the beginning.  There was nothing wrong with it.  I guess I have to remember to explain things to you in a way someone would similarly use for a small child.

I'm know that Ed called her an old lady on at least one occasion.  And you don't have the short temper to be Izumi.
