DO IT!

I can't call myself a fan, but I have to say I find myself surprised that I don't hate her.  I didn't like her at all for the first several episodes she was in, but then I started feeling sorry for her and then came to accept her.

In fact, it turns out I kind of like Misa.  I certainly feel sorry for her.

To clarify: I'm a chick, ok? And I'm a hugger. And I call people "honey." That's just how I talk (really). I live in the South (if you consider Florida to still be the "South") and it's what comes out of my mouth and hands on the keyboard.

Oh yeah, I felt really bad for her long before the end of the series. :smileyhappy:  It was evident long before then that she was insanely in love with someone who would not (or could not) return it.  She seemed happy enough that Light allowed her to remain with him.  Man, even Ryuuk said something to him when he was getting abusive to her.  He barked and slapped her away when something didn't go as planned and Ryuuk said something to the effect "you're just taking it out on her."  I was surprised, 'cause I don't remember Ryuuk ever really commenting on Light's behaviour other than to say if it was interesting.

Ryuuk was so neutral on everything he never really told light anything, it was always circles with him and that he could tell him but it was more interesting seeing what would happen next, if ryuuk told light half of what he knew the story would have took a drastic turn....
