I think I checked yesterday morning (or was it Monday evening) and I had the last post at that point.

I have said it before, all the message boards I follow are dead. It's not just here.  Maybe people found something else to do.   I'm still interested in talking about Death Note, but just haven't come up with anything to say.  I doubt anyone wants me flodding the board with "I love Matsuda" postings.

really I would say if there is another kira game if we get more ppl to participate I think it will be more fun and harder to guess over what the last game was. also I come here often just dont post a lot if I dont have too much to say, im gonna try to post more though

Still here.  I haven't been moved to start any discussions - heck, I'm most interested in talking about L and Matsuda, and that would be boring for everyone else and just create a bunch of empty threads.

I've been ok with responding to new threads, but haven't had the mental energy to start something new.  Way too much going on offline to give much thought to much of anything.  I have 2 stray cats I'm taking care of.  One is pregnant and occupying my guest room till she gives birth (any day now) and weans her kittens. The other one I hope to trap tonight to get her spayed tomorrow.  Wish me luck!

But Matsuda, my favorite puppy with the stainless steel balls. Sigh.

He created this thread after only two days of no activity.  Pretty antsy of him.  I, of course, knew you'd eventually slow down from creating a new thread everyday.

LOL!! Only natural. Initial excitement wears off and settles down into a more sedate level of posting.  Happens all the time, right?

It does.  Granted I never created many threads to begin with.  On all of [as] I've probably only made around 10-15 threads in total.

In general I don't create a lot of threads after the initial frenzy when I first hit a board.  Sometimes a piece of news presents itself that I need to share, then I'll start a new one.  The only place I tend to create a lot of new threads is Incoherent Babbling, but only if I plan on being up all night. LOL.

Yeah, it can be.  But every time I go in there, I laugh.  Really hard. And the replies mailbomb me, and some of those are just way too funny for words.  Did I mention I'm easily amused?

Mailbomb - Whenever I post there, I get 50+ email responses.  Not so much replaying to ME, but replying in the threads. I'm **beast** enough to have to read them all.  Some of them I reply to, generating even more email responses. 

It's way too much fun. I usually go in there when I have an early morning flight out and don't want to risk oversleeping and missing my flight. That keeps me going.  It's been a while since I've been in there though.

Well games do come to in end, and in the end, Light only seemed engaged when there was competition and that's why L agreed to help. In fact the story death note was based on this premise. idk, I'm sure the police officers get higher ranks, new knowledge and deal with a mundane world with evils that hopefully can be solved overtime with human abilities for when death gods stepped into the scene it only perpetuated further chaos among society. Society run by fear of divine power never given the opportunity to develop or face it's own conscious or problem.
