Re: Who Actually Thought That Contest Was Fun?

I'm glad to see that people have largely taken my statement with the right attitude.
I'm not trying to call out anyone, I don't particularly want to spend my time dealing with random internet drama. I was merely suggesting that acting in a negative manner will not foster positive improvements in any future contests. It is a learning curve, things tend to get better as they go, ideas are refined, and improvements are made.

That seems to be an invitation to offer an opinion. I wasn't trying to rip anyone apart either, and if you felt slighted I do apologize, I was merely pointing out that castigating people rarely produces positive results, where offering earnest ideas on

how to improve certain aspects can be done in a positive manner and yield the desired change. It is the

approach that often determines the outcome.

Very thoughtful posts, Jingai and you are completely correct.

To clarify: I'm a chick, ok? And I'm a hugger. And I call people "honey." That's just how I talk (really). I live in the South (if you consider Florida to still be the "South") and it's what comes out of my mouth and hands on the keyboard.

I don't really care.  I had no opinion on your opinion.  It was of the type you hear far too often and which I disregard since such things offer nothing for me.

But, I must say that conflict and strife often breeds betterment instead of holding hands and singing "Kumbaya".  Peace leads to nothing but stagnation.
