No word on dates yet, but still, exciting!

Hope they double the time of each episode again! No I'm just kidding. But yeah I can't wait until it the season premiere! 

They should come out with a soundtrack CD or digital DL of Delocated featuring hits like: "Tapping on Empty", "Good Guys Finish First", "This is Jon He Does It! Theme", "Brothers Catching Up", and many more! Like also include things like the do-**pickle** the Good Guys sang.

Great news for the Delocated fans out there. I was a little worried about this show--I thought that moving the show to Thursday night was a sign of the show's demise. Apparently not.

I'd hate to see people's reactions if it were canceled. I know too well how it feels when a show you love is canceled before its time.

Moving the show to Thursday nights probably improved the ratings. 

Either that or [as] loves the show, and it's fairly cheap to produce. 

Or all of the above.

Yeah. Sundays at 10pm was a death slot. Putting a show like Delocated against primetime was suicide. Thursday probably saved the show.

Adult Swim probably thought putting it on earlier in the night would give it more exposure (along with Childrens' Hospital). But primetime is obviously no place for shows like these. The types of shows only allowed on late night basic cable.

Indeed, 10pm Sunday is a death slot. 100% agreement there. Since Adult Swim has showed little willingness to tinker with the weekday schedule much at all over the past few years, I originally thought that the move to Thursday signaled that AS was giving up, and that they were going to squeeze what they could out of it. Weekday premieres have been tried before and have never stuck around very long. Obviously I was wrong. AS gave the Thursday night premieres plenty of promotion and evidently it worked out.

It looks like AS is going to premiere Eagleheart on Thursdays, too. Maybe it will be similarly successful.

The new season premiere date hasn't been announced yet - I'm thinking late 2011/early 2012. I think that October premiere to coincide with the DVD is very plausible.
