No skin off of my nose

Polls are only meant to get a snapshot of brief window of time while threads can explore the bases of different points of views.

Though I can see the appeal of potato skins, nachos readily satisfy that quick-snacking urge.  Additionally, the operating costs and product turnaround of running a nacho bar are far lower since the chips can be bought already prepared.  Potatoes require more prep time to be served as delicious skins.

Skinning potatoes is an act of love.

For me, it comes down to the versatility the skins bar offers versus the pure deliciousness of the nacho bar. The nacho bar is quite high, and for me the skins bar is just not as high.

Clear, but not decisive, victory for the nacho bar.

As for me, I would go with the potato skins bar. I like the exoticism.
