Was it really that hard? Just google ssj pan, and you can find a bunch of fanart that (albeit, not aesthetically pleasing) suit her just fine. As for Bra, she was never really a fighter, so you can't really expect her to become a super saiyan, but the fact that she isn't is more surprising. Seeing as she's Vegeta's daughter, you'd think she would have at least half the combat ability of Trunks, but turns out more useless than post-Freiza arc Bulma.
