Oh really? Is that why he went behind her back and back stabbed her by messing with her mission to find her head and conspiring with the enemy who took it, and tried to minipulate her? If you care about someone you don't do that. That's why he's a sociopath, and she's crazy for thinking anything about that is romatic. Its psychotic.... which makes me really question her metal state as well. Seems like a lot of the characters in this show went on a picnic and forgot to bring the sandwiches.

Also, the darker girls (industrial, fetish, goth, victorian, etc) are total freaks in the sack.

Yeah yeah, you know what I meant. It goes without saying ALL women aren't like that. I've met a few that aren't like that and I still know one of them, she's a good friend of mine. If I meant "all women", that's what I would have said. Just like the entire human race, you have to look hard for people who are worth your time and energy.

As for this, i don't think Shinra did what he did to be mean or manipulating. He truly loves Celty, and he thought that if she found her head, she would leave him.

I'm not saying that what he did was right, because i don't think that it was. But he did it out of love. Though, his actions were selfish, his intentions were mostly good. He just didn't want the woman that he loves to leave him, and who can blame him? Sure he didn't go about it the right way, but once you understand his intentions, i think it's easier to understand his actions

The problem is the way Yuri Lownthall said those lines! he MADE them sound heartwarming and romantic! I mean you feel mad like Celty, but the WAY he explained what he did and the way he made the words so sincere and so honest...man you kinda HAD to forgive him! (**beast** Yuri, you're good!!)
