I'd imagine that Izaya is slowly inching towards Shizuo poking him in the back with his duck floatie like "Hey! Hey! Hey Shizu-chan! Shizu-chwaaan~" while Shizuo is trying to ignore it and try not to notice Izaya's little Orihara poking out from the floatie.
