ok, so i was over at IMDb checking out Eagleheart to see if there's any new news on the series and it says Conan O'brien is in the show as himself.

I think he'll be in it as himself, but for some reason I don't think he'll have too much involvement further than that.

Yeah, I know the series is by his production company, but I thought that was where it all ended, that we wouldn't see CoCo himself on it.

also, I thought it was going to be a cartoon but it appears to be live action.

it's a live action deal produced by Conan's production company. Conan will be in it, somewhat.

This show appears to be delayed by several weeks.. I heard it was premiering August 22 but it is not listed anywhere in the upcoming schedule on adultswim.com nor on my TV program guide

Eagleheart was originally supposed to be a show within a show. Chris Elliott was to portray an actor playing a cop. Would have made more sense then to have Conan on since he's involved in show business. At this point I'm not sure we'll see him in it, but one can hope.

I am so **grok** sick of all the ads for Eagle Heart between shows that I have been trying to watch that I already hate this show, and it's a shame, because I think Chris Elliot is OK; I remember him fondly as The Man Under the Seats...
