The best part of this episode  is how Brett eat's crack pipes like they're candy.  Especially in the final bank shoot-out  scene, when they tie Brett up, throw him in front of the door to keep the bank workers from escaping, and "Carlos Ruiz" gives him a crack pipe and pets him like a dog; pure awesome, it was hilarious on many levels.
