 Chris, Susie, and Brett are sent to a safehouse in Elmwood Park after witnessing a hit by the Albanian mob. There, Monsanto tells the neighbors that the three are polyamorous, with Brett serving as their "male sex companion." The trio are met with hostility from the town after the disclosure. Chuck, a swinger, overhears one conversation in the grocery store and eventually slips the three an invite to the Ambrosia Club, a swingers joint. The Ambrosia turns out to be quite lame. Chris eagerly pitches some ideas to improve the place, in part to avoid actually swinging. Business begins to boom as Monsanto's ideas come to fruition. Having gained Monsanto's trust, Chuck lets Chris in on a secret - the swingers are at war with the monogamous, and hope to overthrow the government and replace it with a swingocracy. Susie concocts an idea to thwart Chuck's plans - have Monsanto do a commercial for the Ambrosia to serve as a recruitment device for the swingers. In reality, the commercial's aim to give away Chris, Susie, and Brett's location to the Albanian mob. The Albanians strike, killing all of the swingers, including Chuck. Monsanto seizes the opportunity and bombs the club with the hit squad still inside. The remaining swingers clubs around the country are taken over by corporations.

Chuck is the owner of the Ambrosia Club. A modest place at best, the Ambrosia becomes a popular destination once Marshal Chris Monsanto gives some advice. The Ambrosia also serves as a cover - Chuck's club is part of a confederation of militias set to topple the government. When the idea of a commercial to recruit people to the swinger cause comes up, Chuck gives the go ahead. Unbeknownst to him, the commercial's real intent was to tip off the Albanian mob to the location of Chris Monsanto. Chuck, along with the swingers at the club, perish at the hands of an Albanian hit squad.

Here is an episode summary for Episode 8: Susie's Song

Chris, Susie, and Brett save delivery man Arnold Blanth from a Satanic ritual. Blanth becomes infatuated with his "rescuer," Susie. In an attempt to show his love, Blanth assassinates Transportation Secretary Charles Folger, making sure Susie is a witness to the event. After chasing him down, Susie is overcome with passion for Arnold. The two flee the scene. Back at the Marshals Office, Dr. Gardner explains that Susie is attracted to assassins, a condition known as regicidophilia - Lou Gehrig's Other Disease. He also explains that her infatuation will wear off without further assassinations. To ensnare Blanth, the Marshals use Governor DanJoshy Conti as bait, having him speak at a memorial event for the late Secretary Folger without security. With Susie's love waning, Blanth takes the bait, and shoots Conti. Conti was wearing a bulletproof vest, and Monsanto apprehends Blanth. Blanth is executed, but beforehand, Governor Conti appoints him as Lieutenant Governor, so that Susie falls in love with the Justice System once again.

A delivery man, Arnold Blanth (along with his trademark Members Only jacket) falls in love with Susie after Chris, Susie and Brett rescue him from a Satanic ritual. His love is so strong that he assassinates the Transportation Secretary in an attempt to woo Susie. Susie falls madly in love with him, but over time her infatuation fades. To rekindle Susie's love for him, he attempts to assassinate Governor DanJoshy Conti but instead is apprehended, as it was a trap. He is then executed in the electric chair, but not before being appointed Lieutenant Governor by Governor Conti, so that Susie may fall back in love with the justice system.

Episode 1 - Get Worse Soon

Vargas is a kidnapper notorious in Marshal circles for killing off each of Chris Monsanto's previous partners. Chris's latest attempt to exact revenge was no different, as his newest partner Trace Domino was killed in a horrible airplane propeller accident. Chris reacted angrily and beat up Vargus to death, or so he believed. The chief assigned him two partners after the incident, Brett Mobley and Susie Wagner, and delivered the news that Vargas was not dead as previously believed. When Chris went to the hospital to finish the job, Vargas had lost much of his mental capacity from the fight. Realizing he can't kill Vargas in this state, Chris tutored Vargas back to mental health--at gunpoint. Chris assists Vargas in taking out his old rival, Logan, when Vargas reveals that he was faking his mental ineptitude so that Chris would help take Logan out. Upon hearing of the ruse, Chris angrily put six bullets in Vargas. Before dying, Vargas reveals to Brett and Susie that Chris was so kind to him in his time of need that he faked getting better so that Chris could finally kill him.

Episode 4 - Me Llamo Justice

A school bus carrying people with ventriloquist dummies crossed from Mexico into the United States. Upon delivering the dummies to their recipients, they were shot to death, attracting the attention of the marshals. A dummy bow tie was left behind, which Chris Monsanto and company took to magician Cyrus Barnaby. He showed the marshals a dummy that is revealed to be made of cocaine when dipped in water. The marshals went undercover to talk to Domenic Saldivar in Guadalajara, who showed them a machine that presses cocaine into any shape. After Brett blows their cover, Chris meets a woman named Rosa, Saldivar's ex-wife, who pleads Chris to take her with him. At a dingy motel north of the border, someone outside of Chris and Rosa's room demands the merchandise, which prompts Rosa to run into the bathroom. When Chris checks on her, Rosa is halfway down the toilet, herself made of cocaine--the merchandise. Barging into the motel is Barnaby and two cohorts, who couldn't let Chris thwart the cocaine racket. Chris promptly shoots them all. He returns to Guadalajara to confront Saldivar, but he appears to get shot. The rain begins, and that Chris turned into a pile of cocaine. Chris appears behind Saldivar and snaps his neck.
