E7 is a rare anime masterpiece, but if you want to avert depression and resentment towards other shows, then try watching other, GOOD animes.  There's quite a few out there, believe it or not, and they all provide great entertainment and fulfillment nearly around the same levels of E7.

We dominated that Gurren thread!

I highly recommend it as well.

And Shounen has the best point, find other good shows out there. Don't stagnate with one single series, there comes a time you need to move on. Yes, it's true!!

I didn't really like Eureka 7 at first because I had a wrong concept of what the anime was about, now that I have watched it I love it, can't wait for each episode every night.

Anyone ever seen Blue Sub No. 6? The ending theme for that sounds somewhat similar to Eureka's entrance theme.

And what happened to the entrance theme? Why did [as] shorten it?

I think the may have even cut some of last nights episode, but nothing all to important. Of course I may have just blacked out when they were at the hospital and talking to the doctor and then when Renton sees the kids with Desperation disease. You all tell me they didn't, I hope I am wrong.

As for the ops and ends, thats normal. They used to show some of animes with out their ops, only endings.
