The show was originally called Gemberling, and it was featured on Channel102.net.  I saw the pilot on [as] when it aired some time back...  The [as] pilot wasn't as good as the original made-for-internet-version, but it was still pretty good.  I think it deserves at least a shot... if it ends up being as good as the original net version, it will definitely be one of [as]'s best shows.

ALL of these stupid **h4x3d** green screen shows (Fat Guy Stuck In Internet, Saul of the Molemen) are F@%N Retarded. They are NOT CARTOONS THEREFORE SHOULD NOT BE ON THE CARTOON NETWORK!!! The whole reason I watch the CARTOON NETWORK is to see CARTOONS! Then they have the nerve to take off good anime shows like Blood+, FullMetal Alchemists, Wolfs Rain, Cowboy Bebop, etc. I still enjoy most of the american cartoons (ie. Metalocolypse, Robot Chicken, Amerian Dad, Mission Hill), but NO MORE shows with real actors in them!!! Animation ONLY, whether it is dubbed Anime or American Cartoonists. Either way, DOWN WITH THE GREEN SCREEN!

Man, you guys need to watch it right. Think "Evil Dead". This show isn't trying to be serious... It's doing this on purpose. I remember an older show, no idea what it's called, but it was really retarded, and they were SERIOUS. It had these kids who hung out on their computer (in like the 80's) and when a computer virus would be released, it would be this Power Rangers monster in the internet, tearing down 'data buildings' and all that crap. One of these kids would go into the internet and become a giant robot or something and fight the virus. THAT **h4x3d** WAS STUPID.

But Fat Guy, they meant for this to be stupid.

I did hate metalacolypse, but at some point I realized that it is a satire of idiot musicians who think their music has a message, and started enjoying it much more.

Fat Guy is a breath of fresh air, and will be the first live action show on AS to actually belong there in my opinion (if they keep it up like they've been going)
