Definitely, I occasionally wear an UnderArmor shirt to work because it is always freezing and it feels like wearing a balloon, can't imagine how the bottoms must feel.

They've discussed it in a few of the commentaries. It's hot. You're sweating. And all of that sweat is trapped in the suit.

 

Basically, you're a big, sweaty, stinking human sausage. Uncomfortable? You decide!
