Its normal to still be confused. Its one of my favorite shows and it took me a while to understand.

I've watched it in japanese and yeah they do make all those references if I remember right!

Yes all the references were used in Japan.

The main anime reference here was Lupin the 3rd.

Episode 6 is coming up and the preview parodied Evangelion by flashing text and mentioning how they didn't explain everything

OH wait a minute. Is Takun the name of Naota's brother? If so, that's kind of a real slap to the face to always be calling him that.

I also never noticed that Haruko pulled a shaving knife on Amarao ...and cut all the bullets with it ()

I also noticed the underboob for the first time ...and Haruko's ass... for the first time. (I swear)

Always notice something new when I watch this .

OH, and what's with the cat receiver? I always thought Haruko was talking to the cat because it helped her thought process but now I'm thinking different.

Tasuku is the name of Naota's brother

Kun is an honorific it is used by persons of senior status in addressing or referring to those of junior status, or by anyone when addressing or referring to male children or male teenagers. It can also be used by females when addressing a male that they are emotionally attached to or have known for a long period of time. Although kun is generally used for boys, that is not a hard rule. For example, in business settings, young female employees may also be addressed as kun by older males of senior status. It can also be used by male teachers addressing their female students.

The Ta from Tasuku may be the Ta in Takun. Since she seems to call anything that she is using to fill the absence of him Takun there may be a correlation.

I thought the "Ta" was from the tail part of Naota's name. We know that Kamon has addressed Naota as Naota-kun, usually when being slightly condescending, kind of like calling him sonny. Given that, my impression was that Mamimi simply shortened it by dropping the "Nao" part, but I could be wrong.

Well she calls Naota takun and she calls that cat takun and in the next episode she is going to call something else takun. So I think it's more of her trying to fill a void. She also likes things that she calls takun to be somewhat weak or defenseless. When Naota mans up thats when she stops being interested in him.
