I never noticed that, but did you notice that Naotas dad had a power cord plugged into him?

Why did Naota put empisis on the n in Anime, it sounds like Annime.

For now, I'll just say that I ♥ Beautiful Morning with You.

As for Haruko having a special (or was it hidden?) talent, I guess the super-strength necessary to knock away the incoming satellite would count.

I guess 2am can be considered morning:smileyindifferent: I don't call it morning until 5 however >_>

I think they were just trying to have an eva moment, and yeah I always thought it was odd that the gay guy at the start was kinda hitting on her.

I don't understand. Did Haruko cause the satellite to fall so she could extort them for information about Atomsk?

No Naota caused it to fall. Naota's portal abilty is run on emotions mostly sexual repression. He holds them back until they build up and release. Haruko did however trigger it by making him **QWOP** and him repressing his feelings.

This is also how Naota transfered his ability to Ninimori *sp the one time. Because he told her off which was a release while she was keeping stuff bottled inside.

Naota was the beacon that the satelite was aiming for. It came out of orbit because of Haruko hitting it with a ball then was falling towards the town guided unbeknown to Naota.

So Yeah I guess she did.

That was the name of one of the songs in the episode.

Oh, I guess I misunderstood your other point. Never mind.

Well like I said I watched the show since the first time they showed it on AS but I never noticed that Naota and eye brow guy had the same hair cut.

Yup, that's probably on purpose. I think eye brow guy symbolizes Naotas future self if he doesn't take control of his future and stop being used and manipulated.

Well they do try and attribute maturity with flavors like Sweet, Sour, and Spicy. Sweet will always be pleasurable but it's always the same. Sour makes you slow down due to a pucker and you think about the experience. Spicy is a risk but it can be enjoyable.

Episode 6 is the longest.

1 Fooly Cooly 24 minutes

Naota is a detached sixth-grader afflicted by the pangs of puberty. When a crazed girl on a motor scooter runs him over and brains him with a bass guitar, his life gets weird -- giant-fighting-robots-shooting-from-his-skull weird.

2 Firestarter 23 minutes

Naota's attacker, Haruko, is now his dad's live-in housemaid, and she says she's an alien. Mamimi names the robot from Naota's head Canti, the God of Flame. Does Canti have anything to do with the mysterious fires burning all over town?

3 Marquis de Carabas 23 minutes

The president of Naota's class, Ninamori, is no stranger to the dirty deeds of politics. She rigs the vote to cast Naota in the lead role of their class play, but she gets in over her head after a crashing introduction to Haruko.

4 Full Swing 24 minutes

There's a guy claiming to know Haruko and why she's using Naota's head as a portal for oversized battling robots. It's too late, though, as a malfunctioning satellite is heading straight for them and it's up to Naota to stop it!

5 Brittle Bullet 23 minutes

Jealousy spurs an epic pellet gun battle between Naota and his dad over Haruko. The object of her desire will be revealed, and she'll do whatever it takes to get him!

6 FLCLimax 31 minutes

A hand statue looms over the Medical Mechanica building, threatening to iron out the city. As Mamimi's new pet turns out to be a crucial element to Haruko's plans, Naota finally proves that he's no pushover.
