I want a new season... PLEASE!

Why?  Seems like they wrapped everything up nice and neat at the end.

Remember, kids, "more" seldom equates to "better."

How is making a new film adaptation of a novel messing with a classic?

As night falls upon the city, a fear grips its citizens. With the death of their hero comes the return of an old nightmare. He moves in the shadows and controls the minds of those around him leaving chaos in his wake. The inevitable return of pestilence is upon you. His return signals the begining of the end for you. Do not stand in his way, he has no sense of mercy and will destroy those who get in his way. No one is safe.

this. People complain about new movies being bad adaptations, but some classic movies are actually bad adaptations themselves.

I'm fairly certain he's aware that it was a novel first.  But what's wrong with liking the original movie that starred an American icon?  Because it doesn't jive with your opinion?  You're not being very HELPfuL.

ok, then lets repaint the mona lisa in the style of american comics or anime even, since newer obviously equals better... ... ...

the move True Grit with John Wayne is an American Classic, why remake that??? it's not to say that the new one is a bad movie(till the ending at least), the orginal was just better. Jeff Bridges did a **pickle** good job as roster cogburn, but the orginal movie was still better.

They didn't remake a John Wayne movie, they adapted a Charles Portis book.

and a '69 Mustang is another american classic, so I guess they should have never, ever made another Mustang again

Nobody ever said newer is better.

And like Faye said, they aren't remaking a "John Wayne classic", they remaking the book it was based on. Your reading comprehension is severely lacking.
