Flcl while it's well known as anime go's over here thanks to Adult Swim. It is fairly unknown and not all that popular in japan. In japan they treat is as just a side ova that Gainax did when goofing off. The thing is that since we don't get much anime on tv in america we tend to go over everything with a finetooth comb and over analyze every series. While in japan they have so many different shows to watch on tv on any given day that even the Otaku don't go over ova's like american fans do.
None the less He is bsing you. Japan will not make a game for an anime ova that is hardly acknowledged in japan.
