If the government has no knowledge of aliens, then why does Title 14,
Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, implemented on July 16
1969, make it illegal for U.S. Citizens to have any contact with
extraterrestrials or their vehicles?

I never got to catch the Xtacles spinoff, it aired after I got rid of the TV. I've watched the entirety of Frisky on the website, but they never put the Xtacles on the site as full episodes (piecing together the clips is painful). And now that I can't watch full episodes on adultswim.com, I guess that I never will see the Xtacles show. Fvck you [as], fvck you very much.
