Oh, stop being so biased. This is all opinions anyway since we could never really figure out who is better since there are so many factors to consider. And probably ones that we (you included) could never imagine. Pride would lose to Wrath if the lights went out. And since Wrath's Ultimate Eye tells him so, he would eliminate all light sources first. You could kill Pride, then.
And whatever scenario you're envisioning, where you say that Wrath couldn't possibly turn out all the lights, another scenario could easily be imagined where he easily turns out the lights.
The whole "strongest order" thing depends on whatever factors someone conceives so that the Homunculi they like comes out on top. In all likelihood, they're all equal since they all sprung from Father's emotions/soul/whatever you want to call it, and no one of those is simply better than any of the others.
