Alphonse is MUCH cuter. The 2nd picture is somewhat inaccurate on Alphonse's part, but it's pretty good..

 Your crazy, Ed is cuter in both! In the first one of the boys drawing ( very kool that u found that btw ) Ed is much cuter becuase he is trying so hard on his picture..

The first picture really pertains to our situation. We can imagine babysitting them and watching them draw with crayons.

Well, its only inaccurate to the fact that Edward is the protector. Well, not really. I can see Edward doing that. It's more that Alphonse would be a better protector since he is stronger and a better fighter than Edward. And Winry does not have her wrench.

Why do you find Edward cuter?

Its not just his looks.  it's his personality. I love the responsibility he takes on to fix what he feels he has wrongd or like we were just talking about  the way he always feels the need to play the protector role.

What?! Alphonse has a much better personality. He is always willing to talk to you and overall would be a much better person to hang out with than Edward.

Well, to be fair, even though Alphonse is voiced by a girl, he does still sound close to what a 10 year old boy would sound like.

Edward, on the other hand, is voiced by a Man. Edward's voice is too deep for an 11 year old boy.

A perfect example of what a little boy should sound like is 9 year old Yoshimori from Kekkaishi.

His voice is perfect for that age range.

Edward and Alphonse should sound like that in real life.

So techincally, Alphonse's 10 year old voice is much more accurate than Edward's 11 year old voice.

Yes, but when they r older Alphonse vocie is still just a little boy's vocie.

Ed's vocie when they r younger is kinda off though..

That was just a HORRIBLE mistake done by Funimation and apparently, it happened in the Japanese version as well.

Alphonse, at the end of the series, was 16-17 years old. He SHOULD NOT still have the voice of a little boy (well, really little girl). When he ordered food at the resturant and said, "Excuse Me!",  my brothers and I laughed so hard during that scene. It was so funny!!! Alphonse literally sounded like a TOTAL GIRL when he said "Excuse Me!".  They should have gotten Alphonse's original voice actor, Aaron Dismuke, for the last episode. It would have been much for fitting for a buff looking 16-17 year old young adult male to be voiced by a voice actor of similar age.

Edward's voice is off as a kid.

Alphonse's voice works when he is a kid but not an adult for obvious reasons. Alphonse sounds like a total girl at the end.

They must have been too lazy to get Aaron Dismuke back for 1 episode.

Well, techincally, that shouldn't affect your opinion on Alphonse when he was a little kid.

So, Alphonse's voice as a kid shouldn't bother you because he sounds like a real kid unlike Edward.

Of course. Al's original voice actor was an actual 14 year old boy at the time.

A 14 year old boy character being voiced by an actual 14 year old boy is PERFECT.

Pride is my favorite homunculus. I love truly evil characters that are kids.  Like The Omen, i love those movies. The son of Satan kinda thing. Only in this case it's "Father"

I dont think Pride is cuter than ed or al though. I love Pride But he's far to evil to be "cute"
