I'm not sure how TV shows can fight eachother, so to decide the winner, I threw DVDs of Bleach and Blood+ off of a hotel balcony to see which one would survive the fall. All of them broke though each series had their moments, like while I had more Bleach DVDs to make a beautiful spill, I got to nail an elderly person with a Blood+ DVD, so I'll have to give the victory to Blood on this one

Bleach characters are stronger, but as shows Blood+ is better simply because post Soul Society Arc Bleach is awful too much of the time.

Neither. Their teribleness stinks up the block, then Brock Lesnar comes in and F-5's both of them.

Are we talking about the characters fighting one another? If so, Bleach. Blah, blah, Saya can only be killed by Diva's blood, yadda, yadda. A big enough Cero would incinerate her and Haji in an instant. Even Orihime's faeries would probably be able to handle ordinary chiroptera. Heck, she might even be able to revert them to a human state.

I like Bleach a lot, but in the end it has become just a typical Shounen, killed by filler.
Up until Aizen, and if it wasn't for the filler, Bleach all the way.

For a anime that doesn't drag out until you're just tired of it, Blood+

You do realize you're watching a pre scripted drama set up to be a male soap opera with Wrestling right?

Anime is fake. What's your point? I can't like fiction? Not to say that putting Kubo in a cage with Junior Dos Santos wouldn't satisfy a perverse sense of revenge, but anime fans tend to cast stones from glass houses.

Still, the idea of Kubo being violently hurt does appeal to me.  Quite a bit.

This is actually a really tough question.

Both shows start out looking quite promising, with some cool and/or appealing characters, and they both have their fair share of hotties to get you all excited. But after a while you realize the plot is just a trainwreck and most of the characters really aren't that interesting at all. But you keep watching, hoping that things will get better, or that your favorite characters will get to do more, but they just kind of get pushed out of the way while boring characters who mostly fail at fighting get all of the screen time. And eventually you just watch because you've made it that far and somehow it's easier to keep watching and lampooning and/or kvetching about the whole thing than to just drop it like any sensible person would. And then you see threads about them and you feel compelled to respond just because you've been watching the show and you need an outlet to vent your angst at having sat through all of that nonsense. And then you post some pictures of hot men and you don't feel so bad.

But um... I'll say Blood+ just because it had the sense to end.

Yes, I do. I also realize that the performers, while not great actors, are still pro athletes who need to practice like any other pro athlete to minimize the risk of injury to themselves and their coworkers. Even though they're taught how to fall and land, if the other guy messes up his part of controlling the fall, it's surprisingly easy to be injured.

As for Bleach dragging out with filler, that is the nature of an ongoing show based on an ongoing manga. It's not ideal, but it is to be expected. Blood+ had it's own pacing issues as well. It could have easily told the story in 40 episodes, possibly even 30, but the studio needed to make 50 for the network, so they made that happen.
