Adult Swim should have a Cowboy Bebop Marathon the 24 of July to celebrate the release of Cowboy Bebop the movie.

You must be talking about the DVD release. It was released in American theatres last April. Still, it'd be pretty neat. CN pretty much put Cowboy Bebop on the map, so it'd be a nice homage. It's probably not going to happen, as they'd have to plan something like that many months ahead of time. Ah well...

I have the movie, it's great.

However, I'm just afraid it'd be edited for content. I mean, the angles on Faye and that other girl are probably too much for AS to allow, and I don't know if they can say sh*t on tv or not.

I would love for AS to show it too, but they probably won't. 

There have been other requests for anime movies (based on series that AS already shows) that won't be shown since the whole concept of AS is to show episodes....

Anyhow, I do believe they'd edit the movie for language, but not necessarily for content since they did show Animatrix almost in its entirety.  If AS did show the it with visual editing done it would probably be very minimal.

Maybe AS could show it on a Saturday night....

they show it on starz alot. just keep your eye on the guide and it will pop up.

I just bought CB the Movie on DVD and I have to say I like, however my only qualm with it is the fact that either Jet or Spike (I think it's Jet) has a different voice than the one from the series.

CB the Movie is very good though and Jet doesn't have THAT big of a part so if you can deal with a voice change... then it is awesome.

i love everything about cowboy bebop, except for the fact that the series is over, so of course the movie was awesome. comedy central showed the south park movie, uncensored, so i don't think that a.s. would have a problem with like one cuss word, there maybe more, but i can't really remember.

if you have the starz channels you'd know that they rotate it since about amonth and a half ago.. starz.. starz action.. starz cenima.. i've seen it on each of those stations
