a So, what exactly is Icon Theme Day? 
Well, as told from previous Icon Theme Day threads, Icon Theme Day was this idea that started back a while ago, February 9th, 2007 to be exact, to liven up General Action Discussion (or AD for short). The idea: For a day, instead of wearing your regular/same-old icon, you wearing a different one based on a certain theme for that week especially since they're are so many to choose from that were made by the users themselves. Plus, its FUN!

a Okay, that sounded cool. So when is this Icon Theme Day?
Alright, ITD starts at 12 midnight eastern time Friday and ends 12 midnight eastern time Saturday. Or the simple version is all day Friday.
a Great, but what about the "Theme" part in Icon Theme Day?
Yes, well, users all think of different themes for different weeks. Sometimes the themes for certain weeks try to match up with holidays or events. For example: Christmas related icons for around Christmas or if [as] lost the rights to a show *a moment of silence for the lost 
*, we try to use their icons for one last time. I try to be original with the themes so we have enough icons for everyone to participate in.
a Sweet, but where do I get these icons so I can join in?
Simple, just go here to get the icon that fits the theme (or just to plain old get an icon if you want one 
). Now if your not sure where to look for an icon that fits the theme, just ask someone to suggest one of the show options on that list to find it.
a Okay, so I just switch my icon and thats it?
Well, we would also like you to post the icon that you are using for that day so we can all see which one you used for that day.
To post the icon: 1. Right-click the icon your using. 2. Go to properties. 3. Highlight and copy the url. 4. Make a new post in here. 5. Click the link button (the one that looks like a chain two spaces from the "". 6. Paste the link where it tells you too and give it a name or name after the theme day if you want and press submit. And there you have it
