What anime's would they be?

I would pick Cowboy Bebop and Trigun.

The concept would be Bebop finds the planet that Trigun takes place on to try and catch Vash for his bounty. Vash hits on Faye, and Spike get's into an epic gun fight with him.

Durarara!! and Black Butler.

I would love to see Grell chase Izaya around, although I think he'd be prone to go after Shizuo. I would like to see how Celty and Sebastien interact with each other; given their supernatural elements.

Out of curiosity, have you seen the famous AMV Tainted Donuts? It plays out almost exactly like that.

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha and Gundam 00.

Although a MGLN and Gundam Wing crossover would be awesome too, if only to see Fate Testarossa fight the Gundam Deathscythe, which is pretty much a mechanical version of herself.
