Hopefully not, but I guarantee that with there following, they'll make a triumphant return just like Lupin III did (woohooo!!!!). Hopefully, if it is true they get yanked it won't be for as long either.

Don't know, but I kinda hope it is, not that I don't like those shows they are two of my favorite animes, but I think it's time we got some new shows on AS.

well, it's kinda the fans fault...

lupin returned cause alot of people kept posting stuff like

"when's lupin comin back?"

and stuff...

so far we haven't seen some anime's though...

yup, either they lost the rights or we just aren't trying hard enough...

in case i didn't state it outright, taking Trigun and Bebop away would be horrible and mainly because of the fact that a)they would never do it to Inuyasha, although it's replayed a zillion times b)and possibly most important, seem to be following a 'disturbing' trend of 'smart' anime such as Big O being banished for good. I mean seriously, let's run this down, first Big O, FLCL, Blue Gender, and now rumors of Trigun and Bebop? If this happens hard telling where or when it's going to stop. maybe until they start throwing pokemon into action and shows like that....

I'm sure they'll take them off the air after the last episodes, but NOT FOR GOOD!! It'll probably be off the air for a least a few months then return. They're too popular of shows to leave off. Bebop is my favorite of AS, but I'm with the idea of giving it a rest. There are plenty of anime I want to see that I can't because Bebop won't leave. All the shows on Saturdays would likely take a rest once the run is complete to allow other shows to play. I'm wanting to see Kikaider and Blue Gender, but AS hasn't played them in... when did they play them?

as far back as i can recall (correct me if i'm wrong anybody) the showed kikiader and blue gender back in jan 2003 with FLCL and Big O thrown in too.

i just realized the reason for taking off CB and Trigun would be to make room for Full Metal Alchemist and GitStand Alone Complex (two very good reasons, however we can't lose the CB and Trigun forever)
