All of us have probably seen those motivational lithographs that
bosses liek to hang on the walls of offices across the country. You
know the ones: they have a beautiful picture, a conceptual title, and a
corresponding inspirational message. Here's an example. Well, I found a website that let's you design your own, so I thought it'd be interesting to see what Adult-Swim-anime-related motivational posters ppl cud come up with. There are just tons of anime pictures out there that cud be used and infinite possibilites how to use them.

First of all, here is the website that let's you make your own motivational lithograph picture: Motivator.
It's pretty basic. You upload or paste the URL of the inspirational
picture you want to use. Next, set the cropping and orientation
settings for your picture. Then, choose the colors for the various
parts of the the completed poster. Finally, enter your title and
message. Then click the "Motivate" button and that's it. You can save
the resulting picture by right-clicking on it and clicking "Save
Picture As" or go back and edit it using the link at the bottom of the
page.
