I've checked out some of the CD (wanted to listen to more, but I had to go to work) and it's basically him telling all of the wonderful and crazy things that have happened to him at conventions.

As night falls upon the city, a fear grips its citizens. With the death of their hero comes the return of an old nightmare. He moves in the shadows and controls the minds of those around him leaving chaos in his wake. The inevitable return of pestilence is upon you. His return signals the begining of the end for you. Do not stand in his way, he has no sense of mercy and will destroy those who get in his way. No one is safe.

I remember at Tekko the one year a voice actor from hellsing didn't show up at her panel, because she knows how to party. And there were these girls crying and going tekko will not stand for this ect.

I can't wait to actually sit down and give the CD a good listen. I'm interested in hearing all of Spike's crazy stories. I'll bet at least one of them involves a Rei or Asuka cosplayer.

Ladies and Gentlemen I have important news.

The official approved/denied list for panels at Anime Central has been released...

And the verdict is in..

WE GOT APPROVED!! WE'RE GOING TO ACEN!!!!!!

And not only did the panel get approved, but according the the tentative draft of the schedule, we have Main Programming 1 with a capacity of 400 people!!!! And to top it off, we are on before another Eva panel. So we got the better slot. This is indeed a good day for the Revolution of Evangelion!

Congratulations!  I look forward to seeing your presentation (you are recording, right?  maybe posting a preview to REVA?)

Well I have a bit of time until the actual presentation. So that should give me enough time to get the necessary funds to purchase a camcorder. As for the preview of Reva, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that. I do have a segment of the presentation for explaining Reva and and Reva's mission.

I'm not talking about explaining REVA, but uploading a practice run of your presentation before the show, to give REVA members a preview since we won't get to attend...

Oh I see. Well, there's a couple problems with that.

1. I don't have the means to record the presentation at this time.

2. Because I'm doing this with 2 other panelists who are nowhere near me at this present time, it is impossible to have a group practice.

3. A lot of the presentation is based around general ideas and thoughts, which are then expanded upon by the panelists and the attendees. There is a planned Q & A section at the end of the presentation which could lead to some unique and interesting discussions

4. I hate to turn in an unfinished product. And I want to make sure that the Reva fans get the same quality presentation as those who were there. So, when I manage to get the necessary video equipment, I'll make sure to record the ACen presentation and upload it to Reva.

So, Reva will see the finished product. And no one will have to look at my ugly mug without there being to other guys there.

Well folks, I am currently sitting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and I have news about the con.

The panel was good for the content and everything else. Unfortunately the cosplay event was going on at the same time so we had 8 total people attending.

NEVERTHELESS we move on towards ACEN. We all did a good job, though I probably could have added more to the panel but we can make this awesome for ACEN and hopefully we can record it fpr everyone else!

Sorry to hear that Hunter, my condolences.

Like Iowa said. We had a low turnout for the panel. But this was to be expected at a small con. At least when we get to ACen we should have a bigger pool of people to pull from.

The presentation itself went well enough. There are going to be a few tweaks made here and there, but it shouldn't change the overall feel of it. I'm glad that the few people we had in attendance were happy with what we did. It's people like that that make this worthwhile.

On a small side note: Iowa was present for my other panel at Karoshi-Con called Prove Me Wrong. He was able to be one of many audience speakers we had and made a fine contribution to the panel.

Well you may get a chance to do that in the future. After Karoshi-Con was over, myself and my other Prove Me Wrong panelists were having a discussion over some Jimmy John's sandwiches. Since so many people asked us, we are strongly considering bringing the Prove Me Wrong panel to Anime Central in 2012 with a 2 hour timeslot. We are still far away from that point, but the possibility seems good.
