20) Sherrice (s-CRY-ed) Probably not on everyone's list, but I love me some Sherrice.

19) Nel (Bleach) The first of a bunch of Bleach hotties.

18) Hallibel (Bleach) Yeah, we're just getting rolling. I think she's the only with that tanned blonde Dutch look.

17) Cirucci (Bleach) Lolita witch goddess to the max.

16) Lady (Devil May Cry) She makes both lists??? Yeah, that's right. Those dichromatic eyes are to die for.

15) Meg (Burst Angel) The only two redeeming qualities from that show. Say whaaaaat??

14) Rin (Daughters of Mnemosyne) She can hit that vodka with the best of them. The first of a couple sexy green-haired girls.

13) Faye Valentine (Cowboy Bebop) Probably on everyone's list. Oh well, can't argue it.

12) Seras Victoria (Hellsing) The hottest British girl I've ever seen.

11) Soi Fon (Bleach) There's an assload of Bleach girls.

10) Lucy (Elfen Lied) Pink-haired hotness at a whole new level.

9) Yoruichi Shihouin (Bleach) I'll take a hot spring bath with her anyday.

8) Orihime Inoue (Bleach) Got that innocent hotness going that drives ya crazy.

7) Villetta Nu (Code Geass) G-g-g-g-gorgeous!~

6) Re-L Mayer (Ergo Proxy) Rocking that Amy Lee so well.

Only things I have to comment on against that list:

I didn't much like the girls in CG really.

RIN was in that same vein; just not a good design, body frame wise. Legs too spread apart imo.

13) Talho Yuuki (Eureka Seven) Before the haircut Talho, not after. That unitard was hideous.
