There is going to be a Cowboy Bebop game for the PS2 coming out later this year

 (2004), The graphics are Cell shaded, (so it looks like the legend of Zelda:

Windwaker) they did that so it looks more like the cartoon. Rumors are that you get

to play as Jet, Faye, and Spike, i dunno if you can play as any other characters,

But you go around looking for bounties and stuff, it looks kinda cool.

you only get to be spike or jet wheter or not you like spike's jeet-kun-do or jet's police force fighting style.you get to fight over 50 bounties and it also gives you answers to unanswered bebop questions like supposedly spike's past...??i got all this from the new anime insider magazine.there is also an inyuasha game and full metal alchemist game coming to ps2.

Yea I read a preview on it at gamefly.com, it said you can play as spike,  jet, and fay.  You have a gun but if you shoot someone it takes points off your level score.  At gamefly.com theres some screenshots of the game.

to answer you about the swordfish flying im not sure but i don't think so.i think it would be great play as ed w/ ein and go around on her scooter that would be great.and about the inyuasha game(titled The Secret of the Cursed Mask) is nothing like the first game which was 2D.SCM will be a role playing game.

The bebop game is set for release in october and SCM is set for a november release.

This has been mentioned many times, I know it will be a good game, many anti-bebop people have said it will be bad, shows how deep hatred runs at this board. Some idiot said it must be bad since it is cell shaded. The true test will be the gameplay and the term of playability. Over 50 bounties, sounds like it will be pretty fun, hopefully it isn't easy to win, unlike tomb raider fans I enjoy a challenge.

The game could be pretty bad though.  Bandai is making it.  Bandai ruined that lupin the third game.  I wish a different developer could make the cowboy bebop game.  But you never know, it might be good.
