i give adult swim animu some credit at least they do present terrorism accurately i think, but looking back at my childhood i wonder if team rocket would constitute as a terrorist organization?

Perhaps they were, though if there was a national government for wherever Pokemon takes place, they must have regarded them as a low-level threat.

The show/games never got into all of the crimes they did, like carbombing Pokemon Centers nationwide, peddling "Revival Herbs" near elementary schools, and holding dogfighting rings with Arcanes pitted off against Growlithes.
