Whats the deal buming off of FOX shows? I mean sure you picked up Family Guy and Futurama (Sadly now gone) but why KOTH or the freakn PJs? Maybe look for some new hot material like Robot Chicken?

because if [as] didn't air FG, American Dad and the new episodes of FG wouldn't B around

Then why get a show that is next to **BLEEP**? I just want a decent show to keep me at least occupied for a little bit and then come with a hit show, not shows that are soo crappy that I start losing faith for future shows on AS

You do realized that's all subjective, right? I think a lot of people, including me, would argue that that's exactly what they're doing. There are some shows that stick around because they're good enough, like maybe Delocated, and others that are instant classics, like Superjail. There are also a lot of people that hate everything that's come out of [as] over the past few years, but that's really a matter of opinion. It doesn't mean all [as] originals are just plain bad and inevitably failing, just because you don't like them.

As for the FOX syndicated shows, they're pretty much just there for the ratings. That bothers a lot of people, especially when the show doesn't really fit [as]'s style, like KotH, but you kind of just need to understand that they need the money. [as] has been doing pretty fantastic in the ratings lately, and the syndicated shows almost always get the best ratings.

Ratings. Fox shows actually get them. The PJs actually gets them. Yes, it's gotten that bad.

But Titain Maximum should be similar enough to RC. I bet AS gets some strong ratings from that.

I personally like that I can catch King of the Hill and Family Guy back to back on Adult Swim. I work nights so usually Fox is out of the question for good shows during that time block.

  I wish they'd go out on a limb and give Squidbillies or Superjail a full 30 minute slot.

Inuyasha's been stuck at 5 am for a long, long while now. For the most part, it lies forgotten. It needs another run, honestly.

By your logic, they ought to get rid of Cowboy Bebop, too.

I'm saying give the other shows a chance starting at those crap times. See if they can move up and if not they will just get replaced with other shows. Let them play around with those times and people might be like oh its not another Inyuasha showing its actually something else lets see what this could be.

that's exactly why it was picked up. it was probably cheap, and had a decent enough fanbase, so [as] jumped on it before any other stations could.

i like it. it gives a solid base to the more extreme comedy of some of [as]'s other shows

Sorry just had to get that out of my system i've wanted to say that forever... anyway I agree with the idea of giving squidbillies a shot. It does pretty good and its not half as **bleep!** as some of the other shows they have running.

I think it's strange that {AS} even bothers making promos for KOTH, and Fam Guy....They don't need, or deserve it imo...Throw some of that spinach at Moribito, or hell even Venture Bros.  I just don't think we need those 20 second spots for shows that attract a mass of viewers in the first place.
