crap, i just realized that even if it IS airing next wekend i'm not gonna be able to see it. somehow i don't think hotel TVs at the discount convention price have cable. oh well, guess i'll have to badger my sister into checking for me.

Well, boys and girls, it looks like that's it. With nary a crack and boom,  Toonami bids another heartfelt "Later..." presumably for the last time. Or is it? I'm sure we all noticed that they hammered in that Bleach promo pretty hard during this whole bloody affair, so as far as we know, Toonami may just be coming back, to the open and welcoming arms of fans old and new alike. What will happen to our favorite block from years gone by? Will we ever see T.O.M., Sara, The Clydes, and The Absolution again? Only time will tell. In the meantime, keep up the good fight, Toonami faithful! I never post in these forums... but I came out of hiding for this....

WOW.... just wow.... my inner child has just burst. Toonami was almost every 90's kids introduction to anime, and was a great block!

April Fools joke or not, one night only whatever.... it was amazing to turn the tv on and see Tenchi Muyo and then a TV spot with Tom.

I do agree Toonami should come back on Adult Swim though! One night even, every Saturday night! The ratings would be through the roof! I would never sleep. To be honest, I harldy watch AS now. Family Guy when it's on, but that's about it. I would watch Toonami, make a point of it, every night.

No Sailor Moon?!  really?   i waited up through all the Anime even the really really old ones in high high hopes to see the Anime that got me into Anime!  and it wasn't aired! i'm upset. and i made an Account for that sole Reason to give my Rant


Also Toonami could come back theres thousands of Animes that Cartoon network could air,  my question is why aren't They?   with Adult Swim getting away with Murder on Adult Swim why not bring us shows like Girls Bravo? Chobits? heck why not even Hell Sing?      maybe even give us Ranma? 

  whats wrong Cartoon Network?  why you holding back on us?      i've seen what Adult Swim can show aside from Anime, and you can't say they can't show it anymore.    So Come On Bring us the good stuff at long last!

Had to write a VERY long and ranting positive feedback letter to Cartoon Network, please people give them feedback directly through their content.  It can only help, I don't know why these forums weren't as INSANE as other forums, but do your part, lol.

I actually watched the shows this week. Usually I leave it on so the house isn't quiet as i play games. I would just change some shows. Blue Sub I say get rid of for IGPX. That show only made one run and then Toonami disappered.

Turned on my TV for the first time in 16 months to see this. I nostalgia'd so hard, and even without a drawn out, bang-filled goodbye I couldn't help crying when it was over. I'd sacrifice the souls of the stars of EVERY one of AS's current shows to watch ONE episode of Yu Yu Hakusho again. I know this is probably just another joke, no matter how hard we try to put a nice spin on it buy saying things like 'it's just a test' and 'b-but the bleach bump!', but some jokes are too cruel to take seriously. This is one of them.
