im not a mod, but i know the answer.
it means theyre bumping the thread back
to the top of the front page of the folder.
only the active threads stay at the top.
(unless theyre "floated".. stuck there by a mod or admin)

You weren't banned for saying something off the board.  You were banned for what you posted ON the board. The title of the thing was an offensive slur.
I really don't care what you or the creator of that ytmnd thinks about black people. Posting patently offesive material, including that of a racially offensive nature, is a violation of the ToS.
However, unless you know the fellow personally, I don't know how you can claim that the guy made it himself and called it that himself. I call bull on that one.

And if other people are posting that, then those threads should be deleted as well.

I can claim he made it himself, because it says so in the site details.

I don't really see how it's offensive, since people, every day, everywhere use that word, like it's another term for buddy.

I posted a ytmnd, that had what used to be a racially offensive slur, and now holds as much meaning as calling someone a ceiling fan, in the site title.

And I'm banned for 666 hours, and called a racist.

I call oversensitization on this one, and I take offense to you calling me a racist, which you obviously did, in my ban screen.
