As many of you know, the Eagleheart DVD hits stores the 3rd, which is tomorrow. I would be shirking my HELPeR duties if I did not buy this disc as soon as humanly possible, to watch the most excellent special features, such as scenes from the unaired pilot.

But I have some extra cash to throw around, and I figure Eagleheart won't be my only purchase. I could also buy Superjail! Season 2, Delocated Season 1-2, and Venture Bros. Season 4 Blu-Ray.

I could also go on the wild, wild World Wide Web and finally complete my Home Movies collection, by purchasing volumes 3 and 4.

What say you, Comedy Discussion?

I'm looking for some value where I can find it, but it looks like I'll only save a couple bucks here and there. We'll see what the VB Blu-Ray costs when I get to the video store--that's where the big savings probably is.

It's a video rental store that also sells new videos.

Sometimes I buy used DVDs. I can't remember if I've ever bought a used Adult Swim DVD. I would say probably not, but I can't be sure.

Well, it's the end of my work day and everybody's suggested something different. Time to go to the video store and see what I bring home.

Okay, that was a tempting trip. I ended up buying Eagleheart, Superjail, and Delocated. That totaled $57 pre-tax, and I figured that was good enough for one day.

But also available were the three seasons of The Boondocks for $18 each, and the three volumes of Squidbillies for $15 each. Those were also on my radar.

I'll just keep holding off on VB, I guess. Maybe next month.

but good choice man, I think you'll enjoy Delocated. Give us a review after your DVD marathon!

I've only started to like Delocated so I decided to buy the DVD and watch the whole show to see if my opinions have changed any. It's possible that something's "clicked."

I doubt AS will ever air season one of Delocated again, or at least they'll only air it on very rare occasions, so it's good that you got the DVD. The season one episodes are better than the season two ones in a lot of ways. And I actually prefer them to the season three episodes.

If you're willing to buy stuff used, Amazon has really awesome DVD deals. Also Superjail is there new for $6.75 plus shipping right now, if anyone wants to grab that (just a heads up since it's $5 cheaper than the next lowest price).
