MAD (the cartoon, not MAD TV)

HOLY SH*T! I haven't laughed this hard watching something on Cartoon Network in years! This show is great!

it's bad.

You know, that's a reaallly incredible synopsis. I would say the man happens to be pure evil.

It's like MAD TV, but worse. And MAD TV wasn't funny to begin with.

i mean, if you're gonna be watching children's shows might as well do it right and watch adventure time.

I have never thought of it as funny for some reason. Granted, I haven't watched much, but what I have seen hasn't impressed me. MAD TV is better.

As a MAD fan, I watch it every week, funny or not. (That, and I'm curious on how many spoofs they'll cram into 11 minutes that week.)

I'm still waiting for MADtv seasons 2-14 on DVD though.

I'd like some biscotti....and fruschetta...and BRUSCHOTTI! Shiitake.....KAWASAKI!

I remember reading Mad magazine as a kid and enjoyed it. I do not enjoy Mad TV because it's too much like Saturday Night Live and the skits are already stale from years the SNL format. Mad, the cartoon is taking Mad back to it's roots, but alas I've grown too old to enjoy it's comedy. I get the jokes, but it's just like the thrill of Bubble gum Joe at this point. It just makes me go heh.

Where do people come from and where do people go? I've never been there; I do not know.

I think the problem is it's on Cartoon Network, so it has to appeal to the children demographic. I would be a better show if it was targeted towards families and had some more mature jokes in it.

well, I gotta say, I'd rather watch MAD over Robot Chicken, but I still don't think it belongs on [as].

It's not that I totally dislike RC... it's just very hit or miss, and it mostly misses with me as someone else said of MAD (which also mostly misses, but which somehow manages not to grate on me as much as some Robot Chicken sketches do... It's weird considering how f**king hyperactive and flat-out corny MAD usually is).
